Hillis Represented at the Beaverdale Fall Festival Parade

Staff and families walked in the Beaverdale Fall Festival Parade on September 15th.  The Hillis PTO held a candy drive for two weeks before the parade so those walking in the parade could throw candy to the community.

One classroom in the lower unit hallway, and one classroom in the upper unit hallway will be rewarded for bringing in the most candy by weight.  Mrs. Schultz’s 1st grade class and Mrs. Gilbert’s 4th grade class will be getting a cupcake party for their generous donations!

The parade was highly attended by families and everyone had blast!
